The shipping times can unfortunately extend significantly, as our logistics partners just like all deal with restrictions and have to cope with a greatly increased volume. In principle, however, a timely delivery of goods on our part is currently ensured.
Shipping costs and delivery
For deliveries within Germany, the following standard shipping costs apply. Deviations from this are mentioned in the item detail page and in the shopping cart. In the ordering process, you will be shown the exact shipping costs.
- Collection in the retail store in Melle: free of charge
- Parcel shipping with DHL (incl. Packstation): 5,99€
- Parcel shipping (over 100€ purchase value): free of charge
- Parcel shipping (abroad): not possible at this time
We are happy to ship to DHL Packstations. You can create a different Packstation address with the appropriate address fields for this purpose. Please do not enter a Packstation address in the normal shipping address, our logistics systems can not recognize this.
Please note that shipping to DHL Packstations cannot always be offered for logistical reasons. This may be due, for example, to the size of the packaging or the storage location, as we ship from different locations. In addition, some payment providers prohibit shipping to a Packstation for risk reasons.
For deliveries to the German islands, we charge a surcharge of 15.00 €. Delivery is always only to the feeder, regardless of the selected shipping method, the transport from the feeder to your home is to be organized by yourself. We ship exclusively with DHL from our store in Melle, Lower Saxony. The possibility of tracking you will receive if available with our shipment notification by e-mail.
The delivery time is shown in the product page. There you can also see whether an item is in stock at the site. Or whether it is ordered by the manufacturer only on order.
Articles that you order to pick up are first still prepared for you. You will then receive an email informing you that they are ready for collection.
When your delivery comes
Please check packages for dented or torn packaging directly upon receipt. If there is damage beyond normal shipping marks such as scuff marks or slightly bumped corners, there is a latent risk that the merchandise is damaged.
Please check the packaging immediately upon receipt.
In case of clear external packaging damage, ask the driver to wait despite understandable time pressure. Open the packaging in his presence and examine the contents. If the goods are damaged, please refuse to accept them. This is your right and has no disadvantages for you.
If the receipt is acknowledged unchecked in the case of recognizable packaging damage, there is a risk that the transport company will deny the damage afterwards and claim that the damage was caused by you after acceptance.
Also ask representatives who accept packages for you to do so. All this helps you and us to be able to settle only later visible (= hidden) transport damage faster. Thank you.
